• Located at the downtown Houston, TX USA, our facility maintains a 99.999% uptime philosophy. Since we are housed in a building on two power grids, we do not expect any power loss to the facility. However, should such an event occur, we have an array of batteries on site ready to seamlessly failover. Also, within seconds of such an event, our on site generator will come online and provide a electrical power to our facility until normal power is restored. With more than a week of fuel on site, and 90 minute full contracts in place the electrical facility is supreme. Coupled with our state of the art HVAC systems, the facility provides a top-notch datacenter experience.
• Beyond our power advantages another major advantage to our physical locale is the location of a Tier 1 POP in our facility. Our team actually manages and maintains a Tier 1 POP connected directly to the Internet via Settlement Free Interconnection. A Tier 1 provider choosing such a location for a POP is evidence of the superior infrastructure at our location.
• Combined with our superior power and connectivity is our people. We have a staff of experienced engineers with a long track record of professional and consulting services at major corporations. Our engineers are certified in Cisco, Checkpoint, IronPort, McAfee, Websense, Sniffer, Microsoft and others. Our engineers have over 30 years of combined network field experience ranging from simple router and switch installs, to complex firewall, VPN, and disaster recovery solutions, to security vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
