SmarterMail 4 CP1001 Crashed
In 3/22/2008 Friday, One of our customers created a domain and deleted it in Helm 4. It left a empty domain in SmarterMail 4 due to a bug of Helm 4. Our SmarterMail 4 was crashed because of an empty domain.
We've restored some email accounts from our remote data center backup servers. Everything should be back to normal now. You may lost some of recently emails becasue of the SmarterMail server crash.
Sorry for this serious problem. Please submit a support ticket if you have any questions.
